Work Done for the Jonesboro Dwarf House in 2011

These are three short videos we shot and edited.  The distribution method is youtube, where the Jonesboro Dwarf House has a channel.  What makes short productions such as these so compelling for businesses, is that they have the capacity to establish emotional connections between them and their intended customer targets more effectively than simply print, or still image media alone.  Short productions are also produced more easily, are more focused in their message, and tend to be watched in their entirety.

And so it begins…

Wow…

About one year ago, December the 11th 2008, I finally graduated after many years from Clayton State University with my Bachelors in Communication and Media Studies. It was a long and difficult road with many interruptions and dead-end turn offs, yet I finally discovered a passion that I knew I would enjoy spending a lifetime studying – film making.  After graduating, I spent four months with an internship at a local cable access station shooting high-school football games, creating commercials for local restaurants, producing studio shows, and even deleting whole shows during the editing process!  From there I’ve shot two weddings for two wonderful couples, shot an orientation film for my place of employment (Chick-fil-A!), as well as filming and editing live events for on-line distribution.  I joined WEVA and attended the awesome conference held in Orlando this past September.  I spend my non-working hours trolling the videos at Vimeo learning, being stunned and inspired.  I have spent a great deal of time performing tape-to-DVD transfers for family and friends,  re-editing the home movies so their footage is color corrected and then added soundtracks.

It has been a crazy busy year, and I have loved every minute of it.

Today I am launching my website to promote my business.  If you are a business in the Southern Crescent area of Atlanta and you need a message created to tell the world what you’re passionate about, or if you are a couple getting married and you want the meaning of your special day to be captured and celebrated, then contact us for a consultation.  Granted we might be new, but our work demonstrates that we are serious and passionate.

It would be our joy to help you tell your story to the world.
